I. Uses
13X molecular sieve is a sodium-type aluminosilicate with a crystal pore size of 9Å (0.9 nm). It adsorbs any molecule smaller than 9Å and can be used as a catalyst carrier, for co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide, and co-adsorption of water and hydrogen sulfide gas. It is mainly applied in the drying of pharmaceutical and air compression systems, with different specialized grades available for different applications.

III. Regeneration
Moisture Removal: Depends on the pressure, temperature, and moisture content of the regeneration gas. Under normal conditions, dry gas at 200~350 °C is passed through the molecular sieve bed at a pressure of 0.03~0.05 MPa for 3~4 h, ensuring an outlet temperature of 110~180 °C, followed by cooling.
Organic Compound Removal: Replace organic compounds with steam, then remove the moisture.
IV. Application Fields
A. Drying and purification of industrial gases; can also be used as a carrier;
B. Purification of feed gas in air separation units (simultaneous removal of H₂O and CO₂);
C. Desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas liquids (removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans).
V. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
The finished catalyst is packed in plastic drums or iron drums lined with plastic bags. During transportation and storage, it must be protected from moisture, fire, and inversion, and strictly protected from chemical contamination. Rolling or impact during handling is prohibited. When stored outdoors, the bottom should be placed on wooden pallets and covered with canvas for rain protection. Ton bags may also be used for packaging upon customer request.
Precautions
This product is hygroscopic and should not be directly exposed to air. It should be stored in a dry place. After a period of adsorption, regeneration can be carried out, with a regeneration temperature preferably below 350 °C.
