I. Basic Definition and Model Designation
Model breakdown: YJV 26/35kV
YJ: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation
V: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer sheath
26/35kV: Rated voltage (U₀/U), phase voltage 26kV, system line voltage 35kV, maximum system operating voltage Um=40.5kV, belonging to the 35kV high-voltage class cable
II. Core Technical Parameters and Operating Characteristics
1. Applicable standards: GB/T 12706.3-2020, IEC 60502-2
2. Long-term permissible conductor operating temperature: 90℃
3. Short-time short-circuit withstand temperature (≤5s): 250℃
4. Minimum ambient temperature for installation: ≥0℃; preheating of the cable is required for low-temperature installation
5. Minimum bending radius (D = cable outer diameter)
Three-core unarmored YJV: ≥15D
Single-core unarmored YJV: ≥20D
6. Power-frequency voltage withstand test: 3.5U₀, 5min without breakdown
7. Ambient operating temperature: long-term use -15℃~+70℃
8. Installation restrictions: unarmored, not suitable for direct burial underground, cannot withstand compression, impact, or gravel scratching
III. Main Application Scenarios
1. Suitable for fixed installation on AC 50Hz, 35kV high-voltage transmission and distribution main lines:
2. Cable trays inside substations, enclosed cable tunnels, indoor cable trenches
3. 35kV outgoing/incoming cables for photovoltaic and wind power booster stations
4. High-voltage distribution channels in large industrial parks, large data centers, and mining plant areas
5. Urban 35kV switching stations, district distribution main corridors (with protective cable tray coverage throughout)
Prohibited operating conditions:
Direct soil burial, under roadways, open-air unprotected installation, areas prone to mechanical damage; for such scenarios, select YJV22 26/35kV steel-tape armored cable; for high-rise building shafts and large-drop scenarios, select YJV32 26/35kV fine steel-wire armored cable
IV. Standard Specifications
Mainstream core count: 3 cores (standard for three-phase distribution); single-core mainly used for high-capacity single-phase circuits
Common conductor cross-sections (mm²):
50, 70, 95, 120, 150, 185, 240, 300, 400, 500, 630
