Wedoany.com Report on Mar 17th, Recently, China Construction First Group Corporation Limited (CCFG) has won the bid for the construction project of plot K-01-01 in the core working area of the China Eastern Airlines Base at Beijing Daxing International Airport, with a contract value of approximately 515 million Chinese yuan. The project is located within the red-line boundary of Beijing Daxing International Airport, specifically bordered by Airport Avenue to the north, Yuanjing East Third Road to the south, Tianxing Second Street to the east, and Tianxing Third Street to the west.
The maximum bid price for this tender was approximately 559 million yuan. CCFG successfully won the bid with a price of 515 million yuan and will be responsible for the construction work of this airport project. The planned construction period for the project is 1,006 calendar days, with a total investment of about 757 million yuan, of which the estimated cost for construction and installation works is approximately 633 million yuan.
The total floor area of the project reaches 85,537.96 square meters, including 59,500 square meters above ground and 26,037.96 square meters underground. The structural engineering adopts a steel frame system, comprising Building No. 1 (office building), Buildings No. 2 and No. 3 (crew accommodation buildings), Building No. 4 (flight crew training building), underground parking garages, and basements. The highest building height is 42.1 meters.
CCFG will undertake all work as shown in the construction drawings, covering foundation and groundwork, main structural works, architectural decoration and finishing, roofing, water supply, drainage and heating, electrical works, ventilation and air conditioning, elevator installation, building energy efficiency, intelligent building systems, fire protection engineering, and outdoor works. Winning this project further consolidates CCFG's market position in China's airport construction sector and demonstrates its competitiveness in large-scale infrastructure projects.
