China National Nuclear Power 5th Construction Company (CNNP5), a member unit of China Nuclear Engineering Group, was successfully selected as a candidate for the National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, fully demonstrating its solid strength in technological innovation and comprehensive intellectual property management level.
The national intellectual property power demonstration entities encompass seven major categories, including demonstration cities/counties, demonstration parks, demonstration universities, demonstration research institutions, and demonstration enterprises. Among them, demonstration enterprises are primarily evaluated based on their comprehensive performance in the quality of intellectual property creation, utilization efficiency, protection effectiveness, and management capabilities, serving as industry benchmarks and models. CNNP5 underwent a rigorous multi-stage selection process, including evaluation and recommendation by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, followed by data review, expert evaluation, and public announcement by the National Intellectual Property Administration, ultimately being selected as a candidate for the National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.
