The vehicle has an overall length of 12 meters, a width of 8 meters, and a height of 4.8 meters, with a rated load capacity of 100 tons. It can carry high-temperature metallurgical slag pots with temperatures up to 1300°C, enabling full-process operations including gripping, long-distance transportation, and 130° tilting for unloading.

According to Du Baofeng, Deputy Senior Engineer of the Technology Department at Tianye Tonglian, the core innovation of this newly produced pot carrier is "the rear-axle large-tire suspension structure with a diameter of 3 meters, which is the first application of its kind in similar domestic products in China." This design enhances the vehicle's stability during heavy-load operation and its road-passing capability, allowing it to adapt to the complex and bumpy road conditions within steel mill premises. The equipment features a dedicated heat-resistant, impact-resistant high-strength frame and hydraulic system, integrates remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions, and includes a reserved interface for new energy systems.
