en.Wedoany.com Report, On March 25th, the 1000-ton mechatronic-hydraulic integrated beam transporter, independently developed by Qinhuangdao Tianye Tonglian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., officially rolled off the production line. Having completed factory acceptance and debugging, it is now ready for shipment to a Southeast Asian customer to serve the construction of a local high-speed railway dedicated line.

The newly produced 1000-ton beam transporter measures 56 meters long, 7 meters wide, and 3 meters high. It employs core mechatronic-hydraulic integration technology, combining mechanical structure, electrical control, and hydraulic drive into one system. It can efficiently handle the heavy-load transportation, precise positioning, and safe transfer of 40-meter precast concrete box girders. The vehicle features a multi-axle, large-tonnage hydraulic suspension design for even load distribution and stable operation. It offers multiple steering modes, including straight-line and crab steering, enabling it to adapt to complex construction environments such as tunnel entrances, roadbeds, and narrow sites. Equipped with an intelligent monitoring and safety protection system, the vehicle achieves real-time posture monitoring, fault warning, and millimeter-level positioning correction, significantly enhancing operational accuracy and safety. It can efficiently coordinate with bridge erection machines to meet the integrated transportation and erection requirements for large-scale projects like high-speed railways and highway bridges.Image of the 1000-ton beam transporter

According to Liu Wei, the Chief Technical Engineer of the company's Vehicle Division, the main structure of the 1000-ton beam transporter consists of four main beam segments spliced together, with the middle section featuring a modular design. When transporting 40-meter box girders, all four segments are assembled. When transporting girders shorter than 40 meters, the middle section is not installed. This approach saves fuel consumption and reduces wear on certain components, offering excellent economic efficiency.Image showing the modular structure of the beam transporter

As a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in niche sectors with advanced technology, Tianye Tonglian has long been dedicated to the fields of high-end road and bridge equipment and heavy-duty special transport equipment. Leveraging its independent R&D and full-chain manufacturing capabilities, the company has continuously overcome key technologies related to large tonnage, intelligence, and modularization. This exported 1000-ton beam transporter is fully adapted to the working conditions in Southeast Asia in terms of reliability, economy, and maintenance convenience, demonstrating the technological competitiveness and brand recognition of China's high-end manufacturing in overseas markets.

Sun Yuqiao, head of the company's Overseas Division, stated that this beam transporter strictly adheres to international standards throughout its design, manufacturing, and final assembly processes. Having undergone multiple rounds of heavy-load testing and working condition simulations, its various performance indicators have reached internationally advanced levels. Upon delivery, the equipment will provide core transport capacity support for key local road and bridge projects, helping to improve project quality, efficiency, and shorten construction timelines.Image of the beam transporter in a testing or assembly environment

In recent years, Tianye Tonglian has continuously deepened its presence in markets along the "Belt and Road" initiative. Its products have been exported to nearly 50 countries and regions, finding extensive application in fields such as high-speed rail, cross-sea bridges, and municipal engineering. The successful production and export of this 1000-ton mechatronic-hydraulic integrated beam transporter marks not only a significant achievement in the company's overseas market strategy but also another landmark case of China's high-end heavy equipment "going global".
