en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 26th, XCMG Hoisting Machinery Company has introduced the new XTC65 telescopic crawler crane in the Chinese market. This 65-ton class equipment is designed to enhance lifting operation efficiency through innovative design, adapting to various construction environments.

The XTC65 telescopic crawler crane is equipped with a 46.5-meter main boom, with optional 16-meter fly jib and 8-meter extension sections, extending the working radius to meet lifting demands at different heights and distances. The telescopic crawler beam design allows the gauge to switch between 4.2 meters and 3 meters. The narrow gauge configuration supports whole-machine transportation, optimizing the relocation process. The turning radius is reduced to 4.65 meters, facilitating operation in confined spaces.

The telescopic crawler crane features one-button control for track extension/retraction and the chassis outrigger system, simplifying adjustment procedures. It supports simultaneous telescoping and luffing actions to accelerate operation speed. The foot-operated boom telescoping design frees the operator's hands. Coupled with an upgraded control interface and a 20° tilt-adjustable cab, it enhances operational intuitiveness and visibility while reducing operator fatigue.

The power system includes a 191 kW engine and an 89 kW radiator, ensuring stable long-term operation. Components such as triangular ribbed track shoes and high-torque travel reduction gears improve durability. A load moment indicator and height limiter provide safety protection, ensuring secure lifting operations.

The XTC65 telescopic crawler crane is suitable for urban construction, municipal engineering, and power tower erection scenarios. Its multi-functional design meets diverse needs, aiming to provide users with more convenient and efficient lifting solutions.
