During the construction of the city railway, the project department scientifically organized the construction and continuously optimized resource allocation, despite facing challenges such as limited site space, strict quality requirements, and significant pressure from traffic diversion.

To ensure the quality of the pier column pouring, the project department adopted the "fixed steel formwork + integrated formwork system" construction technique. They implemented a process management system, including coordinate verification and concealed acceptance before pouring, clock-in style on-site supervision during pouring, and timely curing and fixed-point monitoring after pouring. This effectively guaranteed the concrete's appearance quality and structural safety. Simultaneously, the project department implemented a production safety responsibility system, strengthening on-site supervision and hazard identification for key processes such as high-altitude work and large machinery lifting, achieving the goal of "zero accidents" during construction.
