en.Wedoany.com Report on Mar 30th, Hangzhou Interpap Transmission Co., Ltd. recently launched two reducer products specifically customized for rubber and plastic equipment—the ITB series bevel gear reducer and the ITS series parallel shaft reducer. These specialized reducers are optimized to address long-standing pain points in the rubber and plastic industry, such as gear tooth breakage, oil leakage, and cumulative errors under high-temperature and high-frequency reciprocating conditions, aiming to enhance the reliability of the transmission system.

The ITS series parallel shaft reducer is a specialized model for blow molding machines, developed and manufactured based on over forty years of technical accumulation from the Italian headquarters. This specialized reducer adopts a servo drive compatible architecture, achieving low-backlash transmission through optimized gear meshing parameters. It can stably handle high-frequency reciprocating conditions such as "1-second forward rotation → stop → 1-second reverse rotation," supports 24-hour continuous operation, and maintains stable performance in high-temperature environments up to 40°C. Its start-stop response, impact resistance, and system coordination are improved compared to traditional products, effectively solving the problems of transmission shock and cumulative errors caused by high-frequency forward and reverse rotation.

The ITB series bevel gear reducer is specifically designed for air pressure forming machine conditions. This specialized reducer has undergone adaptation upgrades based on the mature ITB platform. Both the input and output ends utilize a dual positioning connection structure combining clamping and keyway, enabling it to withstand 24-hour continuous operation and high-frequency reciprocating motion. Its core technical advantage lies in solving gear tooth breakage and oil leakage issues in high-temperature environments. Even when the reducer body temperature reaches 90°C after equipment operation, it can maintain high rigidity, strong resistance to alternating impacts, and high-temperature sealing stability.

Leveraging the company's efficient supply chain system, these two specialized reducers provide transmission solutions for the rubber and plastic industry, targeting blow molding and air pressure forming equipment.
