Through this acquisition, DKSH strengthens its market position in Malaysia and accelerates its entry into the high-value food mixing and production sector. AIC Ingredients is renowned for its expertise in developing functional blends for the baking industry, offering services in new product development, formulation, and contract mixing.

DKSH integrates AIC Ingredients into its specialized food solutions brand, ekpi, expanding regional coverage and establishing Malaysia as a key pillar in its mixing and formulation network.
