The project is developed by Ganesh Housing Limited, in partnership with Tishman Speyer as the project management partner and RSP Architects as the design partner. This Million Minds Tech City is Gujarat's first IGBC Platinum-certified SEZ IT park.
Million Minds Tech City will be developed in phases, with the first phase of approximately 1.3 million square feet already demonstrating strong leasing momentum, with nearly 800,000 square feet already leased to enterprises including IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, Searce, Valtech, Withum, Kashiv BioSciences, DevX, and APSER Life Science.
