Covering an area of 100,000 square meters (approximately 1.076 million square feet), the factory is expected to be completed and operational by 2027, aiming to strengthen the company's global manufacturing network.

Once operational, the facility will primarily produce 3D vision sensors and smart hardware products for overseas markets, enhancing Orbbec's global delivery capabilities and localized manufacturing support.

Since the end of 2024, Orbbec's intelligent manufacturing base in China has officially commenced production and continues to increase capacity. The base is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of millions of sensors and provide flexible contract manufacturing services (CM services) for robots and various smart terminal devices.

Currently, this Chinese manufacturing base provides CM services to companies developing rehabilitation robots, robotic lawnmowers, humanoid robots, warehouse robots, cleaning robots, and other intelligent robotic products, helping customers reduce manufacturing costs and accelerate time-to-market.

Through coordinated production between its factories in China and Vietnam, Orbbec is building a more resilient and scalable global manufacturing system.
