en.Wedoany.com Reported - Teia Studio has developed a platform capable of monitoring and auditing responses generated by mainstream AI models in real time. The solution will be unveiled at the Web Summit Rio conference (June 8–11, 2026) in Rio de Janeiro. Selected as an ALPHA startup for the event, the company will also participate in the main startup competition, the PITCH Competition.

As tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity become mainstream channels for users to search and obtain information, companies are beginning to focus on a key question: how do these AI systems evaluate their own brands? This trend has driven the development of the platform—its concept stems from a fundamental shift in how users access information. In the past, information searches relied almost entirely on traditional search engines; now, millions of users directly ask AI for details about companies, hospitals, products, services, and professionals. The startup notes that the challenge lies in the fact that these responses are sometimes inaccurate.
Company founder and Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) José Vásquez stated that the market is already working to optimize brand presence in AI, but no one has yet continuously monitored what these platforms actually deliver. To address this, Teia Studio launched the Teia GEO IGO solution. The platform runs continuously, sending standardized questions to different AI models, then compares the responses with the official information of the monitored organization. Through this analysis process, the tool identifies information inconsistencies, differences between models, potential fabrications, and brand visibility in AI responses.
Analysis results are presented in dashboards and reports, facilitating tracking of changes in a company's digital reputation within the new search environment. The startup conducted a pilot project from March to April this year, covering organizations in four different industries. The platform identified dozens of inaccurate pieces of information generated by the analyzed models, including: fictitious professionals, incorrect addresses, non-existent websites, and contradictory answers from different AIs to the same question. In some cases, even when the question was directly related to the brand, the AI response did not mention the brand.
Teia Studio believes this situation presents a new challenge for companies. In the past, businesses focused on achieving high rankings in search engines; now, they need to understand and monitor how AI interprets and presents their information. The company has named its developed methodology "Intelligence Governance & Observability" (IGO), aiming to establish a set of metrics that can translate AI cognition into monitorable indicators. Teia Studio has filed a patent application for this methodology with the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
José Vásquez stated that based on these diagnostic data, AI platforms can be guided to prioritize official channels as information sources, thereby improving response quality and reducing the risk of erroneous information reaching users. During the conference, the team will conduct live demonstrations of the platform's capabilities, showcase the results of the pilot project, and discuss the impact of AI on digital reputation, marketing strategies, and corporate decision-making.
