en.Wedoany.com Reported - The latest AI, Data, and Analytics Governance Market Research report released by Dresner Advisory Services shows that its core business use cases are primarily concentrated in three major areas, including executive dashboards and KPI reporting, financial planning and analysis, and operational performance monitoring.

This governance framework provides organizations with oversight and operational guidance on information decision-making rights, principles, policies, processes, personnel, and technology, aiming to help organizations achieve their business objectives. Now in its fourth edition, this study primarily analyzes end users' deployment and perceptions of governance, covering dimensions such as relative importance, business use cases, governance practices and policies, and solution support.
Saul Judah, Distinguished Analyst at Dresner Advisory Services, pointed out that as the data environment becomes increasingly complex, traditional governance focusing only on isolated areas such as master data is no longer sufficient. He added that effective governance must now cover data, analytics content, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning assets, supported by formal programs, authorized roles, and enabling technologies.
Approximately half of the respondents indicated that finding data and analytics content remains somewhat challenging. The proliferation of AI and enterprise-wide asset sharing are gradually making content discovery easier.
However, the study notes that a large number of assets used and shared within organizations lack governance and are not trusted, which will pose significant challenges in the coming years. The research shows that 77% of organizations consider establishing mutual trust in data, analytics, and AI assets to support internally consistent governance decisions as critical or very important. This suggests that demand for governance technologies and data catalogs with trust model capabilities may grow in the future.
