In its annual report, Beisen Holdings Co., Ltd. stated that it will introduce Mavens in an AI-native manner. The platform will include over 15 digital HR experts, such as AI talent officers, AI scheduling specialists, and AI training operations experts, providing employees with expert-level HR services through digital HR and restructuring the organization's HR capabilities.
Mavens is not a single recruitment tool but an AI application platform that repackages HR scenarios such as recruitment, learning, performance management, and employee services. Beisen Holdings Co., Ltd. stated that HR software is no longer just a traditional HCM system but an integrated platform capable of understanding scenarios, matching corporate policies, and executing tasks. Enterprise customers' demand for AI has also shifted from trial use of efficiency tools to intelligent decision-making, talent quality improvement, and organizational cost reduction.

During the reporting period, the total cumulative contract value signed for Beisen's AI Family product suite exceeded 87 million yuan, a tenfold increase year-over-year. The number of AI customers surpassed 1,400, with AI customer penetration exceeding 15% of the total customer base. Beisen also stated that the AI Family 2.0 product matrix now covers 10 major AI Agents and over 500 AI product features, spanning more than 50 core HR scenarios including recruitment, learning, performance management, and employee services.
Beisen had previously launched native AI agents such as AI interviewers, AI leadership coaches, and AI training assistants. Among them, Beisen's AI interviewer uses digital humans to simulate real interviews, emphasizing assessment accuracy and candidate experience. As of March 31, 2026, this product served 619 active customers, with newly signed contract value exceeding 21 million yuan during the reporting period, a more than threefold increase year-over-year.
