en.Wedoany.com Reported - Goodyear Tyres and Easy Bathrooms have signed a 10-year lease for a total of 9,700 sq ft of trade counter space in Phase II of The Croft project in Bromborough, UK.
These transactions are the first leases signed for Phase II of the Bromborough project developed by Redsun Projects. Built by Portal Construction, Phase II comprises 28,000 sq ft of industrial space. Goodyear has leased 4,000 sq ft under the HiQ Tyres & Autocare brand, while Easy Bathrooms has leased 5,700 sq ft. Currently, four units remain available for lease in the project.
Phase I of the project, covering 70,000 sq ft, is fully leased to Shurgard Self Storage and Medequip. Additionally, Gastronomy Properties has developed a Starbucks and a Wendy's drive-through on a 5-acre site adjacent to The Croft Retail Park.
Mark Diaper, Director at Legat Owen (joint agent with B8RE), which is co-agenting the project, stated that following the success of Phase I, it is a significant milestone for Phase II that well-known enterprises have chosen this prominent location for their operations.
He noted that these two pre-lets represent new locations for HiQ Tyres & Autocare and Easy Bathrooms. The market remains strong with very limited available stock in the Wirral area. The newly opened Starbucks and Wendy's nearby provide amenities that attract businesses and customers to the area.
Fletcher Rae Architects is responsible for the project design, with Langton Development Services serving as project manager.
