en.Wedoany.com Reported - Roland DG announced on June 30, 2026, the launch of a new industrial-grade UV hard ink, EUV-H (EUV-HP7). This ink is specifically developed for demanding industrial and commercial applications, offering exceptional durability and resistance, aiming to achieve more robust and higher-end print outputs, helping enterprises confidently expand into higher-value markets and scale up.

Roland DG's new EUV-H ink is compatible with the company's existing VersaObject MO series UV flatbed printers (as shown in the MO-180 model in the image), as well as upcoming industrial printing solutions such as the VersaObject RC-300 series cylinder printer and the VersaObject IO-300 UV flatbed printer, both scheduled for launch in the second half of 2026.

As demand for customization and short-run production grows, businesses are seeking solutions that combine flexibility with lasting performance. EUV-H ink meets this need through enhanced scratch, chemical, and weather resistance, supporting reliable results even in challenging environments. Developed for functional printing without compromising color quality, it offers strong solvent and abrasion resistance, helping print outputs maintain integrity during production, handling, and end use. It is compatible with rigid substrates such as plastic, glass, and metal, enabling high-quality decoration on a variety of materials.

EUV-H ink is available in four types: CMYK, white, gloss, and primer. The newly developed primer ink further enhances adhesion, improving performance on difficult surfaces and expanding the range of materials that can be reliably decorated. This enables users to produce durable, high-quality outputs for applications such as parts, electronics, packaging, and promotional products. EUV-H supports businesses in entering higher-value and customized markets, with its performance helping unlock new revenue streams, allowing customers to produce more resilient products that meet demands for quality and longevity.

As part of the Roland DG ecosystem, EUV-H is compatible with existing devices in the VersaObject product family, such as the MO series desktop UV flatbed printers, as well as upcoming VersaObject industrial printing solutions, including the RC-300 series cylinder printer and the IO-300 UV flatbed printer (planned for launch in the second half of 2026). In terms of safety and sustainability, EUV-H is developed to balance performance with responsibility, reducing the odor characteristic of UV printing, avoiding the use of strictly regulated substances, and containing no nickel, SVHC, or CMR substances, meeting key environmental and safety standards.

Ryugo Nimura, Executive Officer of Global Sales and Marketing at Roland DG, stated that with the new EUV-H ink, customers can take a step further in advanced and customized production. The ink combines durability with broad material compatibility and a forward-looking ecosystem, helping businesses unlock new opportunities, deliver high-end applications, and grow confidently in an increasingly demanding market. EUV-H ink is available from June 30, 2026, through Roland DGA's authorized dealers in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
