en.Wedoany.com Reported - The first model launched by Honda in the Brazilian market to utilize flexible fuel technology was the CG 150 Titan Mix, introduced in 2009, which set a global precedent. Based on this innovation, the FlexOne technology, which enables dual-fuel operation with gasoline and ethanol, has become one of the manufacturer's core advantages, and Honda is also the segment leader in the Brazilian motorcycle market. By mid-2026, Honda's production of motorcycles equipped with FlexOne dual-fuel technology in Brazil has surpassed the 10 million unit milestone.

Marcos Bento, Commercial Director of Honda Motorcycles, stated that this achievement reflects the Brazilian industry's ability to innovate with a customer-oriented approach, providing solutions tailored to local needs and making tangible contributions to advancing carbon neutrality. Currently, products utilizing alternative technologies account for 65% of the motorcycle lineup produced at Honda's industrial park in Manaus, Amazonas state.
Flexible fuel engines have been applied to nine Honda motorcycle models, including the Biz125, CB300F Twister, CG160 Titan, CG160 Fan, CG160 Cargo, NXR160 Bros, XRE190, XRE300 Sahara, and XR300L Tornado.
