Featuring lithium-ion technology, these trucks safely transport pallets and are suited for order picking operations in industry, retail, and logistics. The new series includes five pedestrian-operated models and one model with a foldable operator platform, the latter designed for longer transport distances. An initial lift function is available as an option, increasing ground clearance, adapting to ramps and uneven surfaces, and enabling double-stack transport of two pallets. A PIN code activation system is available by model as an option to prevent unauthorized use; proportional lifting is standard across the entire series, enabling sensitive load raising and lowering as well as precise positioning.

The BST12E, BST12, and BST12i all have a load capacity of 1,200 kg. The BST12E is positioned as an entry-level model, suitable for light, occasional stacking and transport tasks, featuring a small turning radius, quiet operation, and controls usable with either hand. It is equipped with a side-shift operating handle, electromagnetic parking brake, and deep discharge protection. The BST12 and BST12i are designed for daily operations in warehouses, production facilities, and distribution centers. The BST12 is optimized for standard pallet transport and sensitive order picking processes, while the BST12i adds an initial lift function for double-stack transport of two pallets. Both models feature 4-point suspension, a low center of gravity, and adjustable support wheels, with a sealed drive motor that is dust- and splash-proof. They come with a TFT color display, creep speed function, electronic deep discharge protection, and a maintenance-free 24 V 60 Ah lithium-ion battery with an integrated charger that can be plugged directly into any 230 V socket.

The WSE16 and WSE16i are designed for demanding industrial applications and high throughput, offering fast work cycles and precise control, with lift heights from 2,500 to 5,600 mm. The standard mast reaches up to 3,500 mm and comes with full free lift as standard, allowing loads to be lifted without changing the overall truck height—ideal for low doorways and areas with low ceilings. A triplex mast is optionally available up to 5,600 mm, also with full free lift. The WSE16 is optimized for standard order picking processes, while the WSE16i's initial lift function provides greater ground clearance on ramps and enables simultaneous double-stack transport of two pallets. Both trucks come with proportional lifting as standard, a multifunctional color display, and an ergonomically designed operating handle. The creep speed function allows controlled movement at low speed in very narrow aisles when the operating handle is raised vertically, and a safety operating handle in the lower left corner ensures the operator maintains a safe distance from the truck. The safety package includes a modern AC control system with regenerative braking, stable 4-point support, electromagnetic parking brake, automatic lift cut-off, and overload protection. The vertically mounted drive motor reduces the turning radius, and both the motor and brake unit are enclosed in a waterproof and dustproof housing. The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery is available in 24 V 150 Ah (with 50 A charger) or 24 V 230 Ah (with 100 A charger) versions. Fork lengths can be selected from 1,070 to 1,600 mm; a document holder is standard equipment, while a scanner bracket and blue warning light are optional.

As the flagship of the new series, the RSE16 is specifically developed for comfortable ride-on operation over longer transport distances. Its shock-optimized operator platform has a low step height of just 175 mm, making it easy to mount and dismount while reducing vibration. The side safety guard can be locked at two heights and adjusted directly from the platform. The proportional hydraulic system ensures high-precision lifting and lowering, allowing loads to be positioned with centimeter-level accuracy. The truck also features a creep speed function for pedestrian mode, a multifunctional color display, and an efficient AC drive motor combined with compact geometry and a low center of gravity to minimize the turning radius. The mast is available in standard configurations with lift heights from 2,500 to 3,500 mm or in a triplex configuration up to 5,600 mm, with free lift as standard for low-clearance aisles, allowing loads to be lifted without changing the overall truck height. The safety package includes an electromagnetic parking brake, automatic braking system, safety proximity switch, and lift cut-off. The low-maintenance AC drive and enclosed, dust- and waterproof motor and brake units ensure a long service life. The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery is available in 24 V 230 Ah or 300 Ah versions with an external 100 A charger. Fork lengths range from 1,070 to 1,600 mm, a document holder is standard, and a scanner and stretch film holder are available as options.
