en.Wedoany.com Reported - Talus Real Estate has acquired a logistics site in the municipality of Granollers, in the Catalonia region of Spain, to strengthen its business presence in the area.
The Talus Logistics Granollers project, scheduled to become operational in 2027, will involve the construction of a multi-tenant logistics warehouse. The warehouse will have a total leasable area of 16,220 square meters on a 25,006-square-meter plot.
The project comprises three modules and is located in the Congost Industrial Park, within Barcelona's second logistics ring.
The property will have direct access to the AP-7 and C-33 highways, 30 kilometers from downtown Barcelona. The warehouse will feature 18 loading docks, a clear height of 11.6 meters, 88 parking spaces, a BREEAM Excellent certification, and high fire risk protection at Level 8.
Other Development Projects in Catalonia
Talus Real Estate's acquisition in Granollers complements the company's other ongoing logistics developments in Catalonia, strengthening its presence in Barcelona's main logistics hubs.
The company is also developing another asset in Lliçà del Vall, with an area of 24,631 square meters, scheduled to become operational in the third quarter of 2026; a warehouse in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, with an area of 17,885 square meters, to be delivered in the third quarter of 2027; and a property in Polinyà, with an area of 30,547 square meters, to be put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027.
