Huang Xiuguo and Tie Qiang visited project sites including the Yibin Cultural and Education Center, the Liya Jiuxuli Group Housing Project, the Pengcheng Infinite Energy Storage Base, the Science and Technology Innovation Center of the Yibin Energy Storage Industrial Park, Plot C01, and China Storage Technology. They gained detailed insights into the progress, construction timelines, personnel and machinery deployment, and the simultaneous advancement of supporting facilities for each project.

Huang Xiuguo demanded that all projects adhere strictly to established milestones and make every effort to accelerate construction progress. All parties must consolidate responsibilities, optimize construction organization and scheduling, allocate sufficient manpower and equipment, and seize favorable weather windows for construction. The pace of projects such as the Yibin Cultural and Education Center, the Liya Jiuxuli Group Housing Project, and the Pengcheng Infinite Energy Storage Base must be accelerated to ensure that urban public facilities, residential housing for the people, and industrial platforms are delivered on schedule and with tangible results. Concurrently, efforts should be made to promote the project among employees and facilitate concessions from developers to boost sales of the Jiuxuli Group Housing Project, thereby meeting the people's needs for comfortable housing.

Huang Xiuguo emphasized that the Yibin Energy Storage Industrial Park should accelerate its overall image progress, improve supporting infrastructure such as roads, pipelines, and exhibition facilities, and create a clean, orderly, and impressive park display interface.
