en.Wedoany.com Reported - UAE-based Luxe Developers has awarded a $39.4 million interior fit-out contract to Interiors International Industries for its flagship project, Oceano, located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Upon completion, the project will feature 225 residences and 11 retail units across two interconnected towers on Al Marjan Island, with design highlights including unique rotating floor plates, panoramic Arabian Gulf views, and a sky bridge.
Luxe stated that Interiors International has been integrated into its project team since the beginning of this year, collaborating with the main contractor to advance the project toward structural completion. Working alongside the main contractor, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Interiors International Industries has mobilized on-site and is progressing with the custom interior fit-out works for the dual-tower project, covering residences, amenities, and public areas. The project, valued at $408 million, has been fully sold out in advance.
In a statement, Luxe Developers noted that as the project enters its final stages, the team has been closely coordinating with the structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work packages. Headquartered in Dubai, Interiors International Industries is a turnkey interior fit-out specialist with over 20 years of experience, having delivered hotel, leisure, residential, and mixed-use projects across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Indian Ocean region.
