en.Wedoany.com Reported - New real-life photos have been released of the One Leadenhall tower in the City of London, designed by Make Architects.

The 35-story tower, built by Multiplex for developer Brookfield Properties, will provide 430,000 square feet of office space and 8,000 square feet of retail and dining space. The project is located at the intersection of Bishopsgate and Leadenhall Street, adjacent to the Grade II listed Leadenhall Market.

One Leadenhall replaces the 1988-built Leadenhall Court and features a public terrace on the fourth floor overlooking the market. The tower's height varies in steps, designed to harmonize with the surrounding skyline and preserve the protected views of St. Paul's Cathedral.

The project is now fully leased, with tenants including law firm Latham & Watkins. The firm will occupy most of the building later this year after relocating from another Brookfield-owned tower at 99 Bishopsgate. 99 Bishopsgate will be demolished and rebuilt as a 54-story tower designed by RSHP.

Other contractors involved in the project include curtain wall specialist Permasteelisa, steel structure contractor William Hare, and piling contractor Erith. Consulting firms involved include quantity surveyor T&T Alinea, project manager Avison Young, and structural engineer Robert Bird, with Adamson Associates serving as the executive architect.
