en.Wedoany.com Reported - Fletcher Priest has unveiled its new headquarters in a London Holborn office building designed by the firm and opened last year. The company, which is planning to build three large commercial skyscrapers in the City of London's main tower cluster, has located its new office at 100 Fetter Lane on the western edge of the City, occupying the ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor of the building.
The 13-story building, developed by YardNine in partnership with BauMont Real Estate Capital, offers 90,000 square feet of Grade A office space. Fletcher Priest occupies 15,000 square feet of this, accessed via a dedicated entrance through a pocket park. Upon arrival, visitors first encounter a curated architectural model gallery and a family kitchen space, suitable for social gatherings, team meetings, lunches, and shared activities. Desks are primarily arranged along the western and southern sides of the space to maximize natural light.
The core of the studio is "The Grid," a 9-square-meter space enclosed by yellow acoustic curtains, which can be fully opened to the studio or closed off for breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, and larger gatherings. The currently vacant mezzanine space is intended for future expansion or subleasing to organizations in complementary fields.
Ed Williams, Managing Partner of the firm, stated that the new office brings employees closer to many clients and is located in the heart of one of the capital's most growth-potential areas. He noted that this is not only a key move to inspire and expand the business, but the company is also pleased to have the support of the City of London as a pioneer in bringing the creative industry back to the City. He emphasized that throughout the design and new studio process, the firm treated itself as a client, thereby gaining a better understanding of how to create a thoughtful design approach that can be applied in future client projects.
