en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Shencheng Intelligent Computing Center Construction Project in Tuoli County, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, officially commenced on June 30.

Invested by Xinjiang Shencheng Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. and contracted by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., the project is located in the Tuoli Intelligent Computing Industry Cluster, with a total construction area of 16,955 square meters. It is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026. The project will build high-standard Class A data centers, along with scientific research offices and energy storage supporting facilities. Upon completion, it will provide high-end computing power support for artificial intelligence large model training and inference computing.

Song Guofeng, Chairman of Xinjiang Shencheng Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the total investment of the project is 1.9 billion yuan, primarily providing computing power services for AI large model inference and training of internet enterprises. After the project is put into operation, it will help Tuoli County establish a new benchmark for the intelligent computing industry and promote the development of the digital economy.

Leveraging its superior wind and solar green electricity resources and cool climate conditions, Tuoli County has continuously optimized its business environment, established a dedicated task force, and opened a green channel. From project negotiation to groundbreaking, it took only six months.

Lyu Yulong, Deputy Director of the Tuoli County Commerce and Industry Bureau, stated that the Shencheng Intelligent Computing Center is a core supporting project for Tuoli County to implement the national "East Data West Computing" strategy and cultivate new productive forces. The county will provide full-process closed-loop tracking services to accelerate project construction.

Currently, the computing power scale of the Tuoli Intelligent Computing Industry Cluster continues to expand. In June this year, an additional 500P of computing power was put into operation, and two major application tracks have been defined: first, the full launch of Token factory business, deploying open-source models such as Qianwen and DeepSeek locally, connecting with multiple computing power and AIGC platforms, and building an "electricity-computing power-token" industrial closed loop; second, focusing on AI film and television business, implementing localized production of AI animation dramas, deploying multiple mainstream large models and video generation tools, and promoting the diversification of computing power application scenarios.
