en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 2, the 29th Beijing·Essen Welding & Cutting Fair concluded at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). The four-day exhibition covered an area of 80,000 square meters, attracting over 900 exhibitors and professional visitors from sectors such as automotive, rail transit, aerospace, shipbuilding & marine engineering, and new energy equipment. In the core exhibition area of Hall 5, Han's Handheld Welding Research Institute showcased a series of products covering various industrial scenarios, from handheld laser welding to collaborative robots, and from welding & cleaning equipment to portable laser demolition machines.

The three series exhibited by Han's Handheld Welding Research Institute—"Black Crystal," "Red Crystal," and "Blue Crystal"—are not simply categorized by power but differentiated according to specific usage scenarios. The "Black Crystal" series features a fully sealed dust-proof structure design, certified with IP52 protection, suitable for high-dust workshops, outdoor mobile operations, and high-temperature, high-humidity environments. The "Red Crystal" series is equipped with 520 sets of AI process libraries and a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, adopting a 2-level menu design. After upgrading to T-mode, the weld penetration depth increases by 30%. The "Blue Crystal" series, through lightweight design, reduces the overall machine volume by 70% compared to similar products and decreases weight by over 50%, supporting 24-hour continuous operation with power fluctuation controlled within ±3%.

At the exhibition site, Han's Handheld Welding Research Institute also demonstrated the "Zhi Rou" series R1 collaborative robot and dual-oscillation welding technology. The R1 collaborative robot supports both handheld and automatic welding modes, with the automatic mode achieving over three times the productivity of traditional manual welding. The drag-and-teach function allows operators to record and reproduce welding paths without programming. The dual-oscillation welding technology is equipped with a dedicated handheld welding torch featuring a built-in precision galvanometer oscillation assembly, supporting 12 preset oscillation trajectories including straight lines, circles, and triangles. All three series can be equipped with this technology.

In the field of laser cleaning, Han's Handheld Welding Research Institute launched the "Hao Jing" series products. The C30 MOPA laser cleaning machine adopts pulse width adjustable technology, enabling precision cleaning on curved surfaces, suitable for scenarios such as aerospace precision parts and molds. The X700 continuous laser cleaning machine, based on a continuous fiber laser source, uses photothermal effects to vaporize and strip rust layers, paint, and oil stains, suitable for large-area cleaning tasks such as ship rust removal and surface pretreatment of large equipment. It consumes only electrical energy and produces no hazardous waste. Additionally, the institute showcased an integrated portable laser demolition machine, applicable in scenarios such as urban construction, equipment maintenance, and fire rescue.

During the exhibition, technical staff from Han's Handheld Welding Research Institute provided one-on-one process consultations at the booth, allowing customers to bring their own samples for on-site trial welding. After in-depth trial welding and cleaning, many customers highly recognized the product quality and service capabilities of the institute and signed agency agreements on-site.
