KRAFTPAL Completes KP25039 Semi-Automatic Pallet Production Machine with Capacity of 100 Pallets/Hour

The equipment was developed at the company's engineering base in Slovenia and is positioned as a lower-cost entry-level production device, primarily aimed at KraftPal's global licensing partners for local production of corrugated cardboard pallets. At full capacity, the KP25039 can produce up to 100 pallets per hour and is equipped with Yaskawa robotic arms for automated production.

The KP25039 adopts a semi-automatic production approach, forming a different equipment tier from the fully automatic Palletonator production system previously used by KRAFTPAL. The new model requires more manual involvement, but the equipment engineering and manufacturing cycle is shorter. KRAFTPAL plans to use this configuration to increase the number of production machines manufactured and to shorten the startup period for new licensing partners to establish local production operations.

KRAFTPAL is currently expanding its corrugated cardboard pallet production network through a licensing cooperation model, and the KP25039 will enter this system as production equipment for new partners. The company disclosed that its Slovenian engineering base is simultaneously advancing the engineering and manufacturing cycles of multiple machines, with plans to focus on expanding production and licensing networks in the United States, continental Europe, Ireland, and the United Kingdom over the next three months. The specific delivery quantities of the first batch of KP25039 units, equipment prices, and the list of licensing partners have not yet been disclosed.

The fifth-generation Palletonator previously deployed by KRAFTPAL is a fully automatic production system. In 2024, its Ontario, California production base in the United States adopted this equipment, with a designed annual capacity of up to approximately 1.5 million corrugated cardboard pallets; the fifth-generation Palletonator deployed in Lempäälä, Finland in 2023 was also designed for a maximum capacity of 1.5 million units per year. The KP25039, by contrast, sets its single-machine capacity at a maximum of 100 units per hour and targets the licensed production system with lower equipment investment and a shorter manufacturing cycle.
