The acquisition integrates Ensogo's sustainability and ESG software into Novara's safety and operational risk platform. According to the company, the integrated platform will support predictive risk modeling, automated compliance workflows, environmental reporting, carbon accounting, and AI-driven data analytics.
Ensogo develops software designed to help organizations manage sustainability reporting, environmental performance, and regulatory compliance requirements. The technology will be integrated into Novara's Flex platform.
The deal also expands Novara's presence in Canada and supports its growth in industries such as construction, manufacturing, mining, energy, and oil and gas.
As part of the acquisition, Ensogo co-founder and CEO Elie Mouzon will join Novara as Chief Strategy Officer, while co-founder and CTO Tommy Ng will serve as Vice President of AI Engineering. The company stated that these additions will support the continued development of AI and sustainability-focused technologies on its platform.
