en.Wedoany.com Reported - QoreChain, a blockchain network registered in Switzerland, has successfully executed a transaction on its live public mainnet using a full end-to-end post-quantum cryptography (PQC) stack. The transaction, executed on July 2, 2026, involved a transfer of 1000 QOR and was routed directly to a standard address generated via the open-source Keplr self-custody wallet. While individual decentralized protocols have previously implemented partial quantum-resistant signatures at the transaction edge, this network deployment marks a new phase by applying standardized post-quantum mathematics across the entire cryptographic path of the protocol, covering signatures, key exchange, and hash functions.

This deployment directly addresses the "Harvest Now, Decrypt Later" vulnerability, where external actors currently record encrypted block data and public key history from distributed ledgers to retroactively decrypt them when fault-tolerant quantum computers become available. The production mainnet qorechain-vladi (EVM Chain ID 9801) runs on the Cosmos SDK v0.53 framework and natively integrates algorithms compliant with the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) FIPS 203 and 204 standards at its genesis state layer. The protocol employs ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204/Dilithium-5) Category 5 signature verification at the signature layer, ML-KEM-1024 (FIPS 203/Kyber) quantum-safe asymmetric key exchange at the encapsulation layer, and a SHAKE-256 state function for the hash framework. Rather than using temporary application-layer patches, the network pairs hybrid secp256k1 and ML-DSA-87 signatures with an AI-optimized PRISM consensus engine through dedicated engineering, which performs deterministic on-chain reinforcement learning inference to dynamically adjust node parameters.

To support general web3 deployment, the protocol pairs its quantum-resistant capabilities with a triple virtual machine runtime environment that natively executes EVM, CosmWasm, and SVM smart contracts on a single chain, with native cross-VM message passing. The node architecture deploys sidecar containers running a specialized anomaly detection and risk scoring engine, QCAI, while providing standard JSON-RPC, REST, and gRPC endpoints. The platform is operated by the QoreChain Association, based in Rolle, Switzerland, under the Swiss DLT Act, and adopts a deflationary utility token model where 30% of Gas fees are permanently burned. The organization holds a FINMA no-action letter, classifying its native asset QOR as a utility token.

Detailed information on transaction parameters, cryptographic signature metrics, and execution deployment has been made public, and the on-chain block allocation ledger can be audited via the QoreChain public block explorer. Core engineering specifications, triple virtual machine parameters, and node deployment documentation have also been released, with previous architecture development materials available for review.
