The total contract value is INR 1.75 billion (excluding applicable taxes). Of this, the EPC contract portion is valued at INR 1.7 billion, while the operations and maintenance (O&M) services portion is valued at INR 50 million, with a three-year O&M period.

The project will involve the construction of a power plant with approximately 50 megawatts (MW) AC and 65 MW DC capacity, including related civil, structural, electrical, and supporting infrastructure. The scope of work covers the complete design, construction, and infrastructure delivery of the solar power plant, followed by operations and maintenance for a period of 36 months. The Letter of Award was received on June 30, 2026, and the contract specifies a turnkey delivery approach. Payment terms and project milestones will be executed in accordance with the Letter of Award, with the timeline aligned to the project schedule designated by the client.

GRE Renew Enertech Limited clarified that this order was obtained in the normal course of its EPC business, with no interest from the promoter group or related parties, and that the contract will not alter the company's business model or capital structure.
