en.Wedoany.com Reported - Indian real estate developer Disha Habitat Properties has submitted a residential development proposal to the relevant authorities in northern Bengaluru, India. The project is planned along the Hennur Main Road corridor, an area experiencing rapid high-rise development due to its proximity to major commercial centers.

Disha Habitat plans high-rise project on Hennur Main Road

According to the proposal, the project includes four independent towers forming a super high-rise layout, with some buildings reaching a height of 100 meters. The structural design divides the buildings into two height categories: Towers 1, 2, and 4 feature a configuration of three basement levels plus ground floor plus 31 floors, with a maximum structural height of 100 meters each; Tower 3 is a mid-rise configuration, with three basement levels plus ground floor plus 17 floors, reaching a height of 57 meters. The four towers share a multi-level basement system, primarily used for parking and service infrastructure.

The developer plans to construct approximately 600 residential units across the entire project. The project utilizes a premium Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 4.8, which includes the standard permissible limit plus purchased additional floor area. The high FAR allows for greater vertical capacity while preserving ground-level space for shared amenities. Located on Hennur Main Road, the project provides direct access to the Outer Ring Road and Manyata Tech Park, as well as an alternative route to Kempegowda International Airport. The project still requires final approvals from the local municipal authority and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) before construction can commence.
