en.Wedoany.com Reported - CoMinVi, an underground mining contractor in Latin America, has ordered 46 underground trucks, loaders, and rock bolting rigs from Sandvik for contract projects across Mexico.

The order was placed in the second quarter of 2026. Deliveries include 12 Toro TH430 trucks, 11 Sandvik DS311 rock bolting rigs, 10 Toro LH410 loaders, 7 Toro TH545i trucks, 4 Toro LH514 loaders, and 2 Toro TH320 trucks. Deliveries are underway and are expected to continue until 2028.
Rafael Villagómez Contreras, CEO of CoMinVi, stated that as a strategic partner, the two parties have long collaborated to implement solutions supporting the company's long-term goals. This new investment is a significant step in CoMinVi's growth, enabling the company to successfully execute its clients' mining projects while enhancing its responsiveness and competitiveness in the market.
Sandvik and CoMinVi have established a strategic partnership spanning over 20 years. Since 2025, CoMinVi has invested in a total of 73 Sandvik equipment units. A member of CoMinVi's leadership team noted that the ongoing collaboration with Sandvik is due to the strong relationship built on consistent performance and a shared commitment to long-term success.
