en.Wedoany.com Reported - Bellavista Resources (ASX:BVR) has initiated dual drilling campaigns in Canada and Western Australia, simultaneously advancing resource expansion and infrastructure assessment work.

The company is implementing a 15,000-meter definition and expansion drilling program at the Pickle Crow Gold Project in Ontario. The mine has near-surface mineral resources of 1 million ounces at a gold grade of 4.10 g/t, delineated above a cut-off grade of 0.50 g/t. The project's total inferred mineral resources stand at 2.8 million ounces at a gold grade of 7.20 g/t.

Initial drilling for the remainder of 2026 will assess the open-pit potential of existing mineral resources, followed by a shift to other near-surface regional targets in early 2027.

Bellavista Resources Managing Director Glenn Jardine stated that this drilling represents a significant milestone for the company.

"The company is pleased to commence drilling at Pickle Crow, one of the highest-grade undeveloped gold resources in the world," Jardine said.

The Pickle Crow project's inferred mineral resources total 11.9 million tonnes at a gold grade of 7.20 g/t, corresponding to 2.8 million ounces of gold. This resource includes: 6.7 million tonnes of quartz vein ore at a gold grade of 9.80 g/t, corresponding to 2.1 million ounces; 4.2 million tonnes of bulk mineralization at a gold grade of 3.80 g/t, corresponding to 500,000 ounces; and 1 million tonnes from satellite deposits at a gold grade of 4.10 g/t, corresponding to 100,000 ounces.

The company has initiated surface sampling work at the Sioux Lookout project to follow up on previous results of 73.60 g/t gold and 15.10 g/t gold. The project is located along strike adjacent to NexGold's (TSX-V:NEXG) Goliath Gold Project, which hosts a resource of 2.9 million ounces of gold.

At the Brumby project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the company has launched a 4,000-meter program for mineralization continuity and bulk sampling for column leach testing. This drilling evaluates the mineralization continuity required for future resource definition drilling and follows up on encouraging leach test results reported in the March quarter.

Financial statements show that as of the end of the June 2026 quarter, Bellavista Resources held A$30 million in cash, with a market capitalization of A$78 million based on the current share price of A$0.37.

These Ontario assets are located in the Uchi and Wabigoon subprovinces. The Pickle Crow project is adjacent to the town of Pickle Lake, accessible year-round, and has access to electricity, water, and an established processing plant with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes.
