Located at 681-12 Hyoja-dong, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do, South Korea, the project involves the construction of a mixed-use residential and commercial apartment building with six underground floors and 39 above-ground floors, comprising 264 residential units and neighborhood living facilities. The contract amount is approximately 101.5 billion KRW (about 560 million CNY), with a construction period of around 48 months.
