en.Wedoany.com Reported - HR management platform company Flex announced on the 7th the launch of an "AI Platform Based on HR Data," aiming to expand its service scope to an artificial intelligence platform based on organizational and personnel data to support corporate AI transformation. The platform plans to combine work data accumulated from the original HR platform—such as organization, members, electronic approvals, and meetings—with AI technology to provide intelligent features tailored to the internal work context of enterprises.

Flex also introduced a new brand slogan, "Relations Driven AX," emphasizing the provision of enterprise-level AI services based on organizational relationship data and workflows. The platform can generate differentiated responses and work recommendations based on user information such as position, rank, affiliated organization, and permissions. For example, when viewing goal achievement status, the CEO receives a company-wide progress summary and analysis of bottlenecks in each department, while regular members see their individual goal achievement rates.
The platform is designed with data security in mind: when a user undergoes a personnel transfer or organizational change, data access permissions are automatically updated synchronously, ensuring that unauthorized users cannot access relevant data. Additionally, the platform features a work recommendation function that suggests work priorities for each member based on the organization, work context, and collaboration partners, with some tasks even supported through to the execution stage.
In terms of tool integration, the platform plans to connect work data scattered across instant messaging, email, calendars, project management, and document tools, enabling the AI to grasp the complete work context. Integration with local files on personal PCs is also under consideration. Flex's AI agent uses a combination of multiple large language models, such as Claude and Gemini, based on function and role, and is designed with scalability to accommodate new AI models that may emerge in the future.
Flex CEO Jang Hae-nam stated that for enterprise AI to deliver practical results, it needs to understand organizational structure and work context. The company will combine HR data with AI technology to support enterprises' AX transformation.
