Under this agreement, Scality will distribute the joint solutions of both companies to French customers, providing local enterprises with a single domestic sales and first-line support contact point.
This agreement makes it easier for French customers to adopt and operate the joint solutions, with Scality providing local first-line technical support. The combined technology of Scality and WEKA offers complementary solutions for AI workloads: WEKA's NeuralMesh software delivers large-scale accelerated storage and contextual memory performance, keeping GPUs fully utilized during AI model training and inference; Scality ADI (Autonomous Data Infrastructure) provides autonomous operations, cyber resilience, and sovereign control across the complete data lifecycle, from active workloads to exabyte-scale long-term retention.
The support agreement builds on the joint validated solution announced by both parties on February 24, 2026. This solution pairs WEKA's NeuralMesh high-performance AI storage and contextual memory platform with Scality RING object storage tier, using Scality's lightweight object connector for NeuralMesh. In Scality testing, this integration achieved up to 10x performance improvement and up to 20% reduction in infrastructure costs.
The two companies made the announcement ahead of the RAISE Summit 2026 (held July 8-9 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris), where both will exhibit. Scality CEO Jérôme Lecat stated that the partnership with WEKA combines the strengths of both, and with the expansion of local French-language support, joint customers will benefit from solutions backed by a single domestic contact point. WEKA Chief Strategy Officer Nilesh Patel noted that NeuralMesh addresses the performance layer, maximizing GPU utilization, scaling inference throughput, and reducing per-token costs, while Scality covers the complete data lifecycle, providing the cyber resilience and sovereign control required by regulated European industries.
