en.Wedoany.com Reported - Italian shipbuilding group Fincantieri announced on July 7, 2026, that it has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, the co-owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts, to build a third ultra-luxury cruise ship. This order further solidifies the long-term partnership between the two parties. The contract value is classified as "large," ranging between €500 million and €1 billion.

The new vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2031 and will be built at Fincantieri's shipyard in Ancona, Italy. It will be the third ship in this new class of ultra-luxury cruise vessels. This order follows the successful delivery of the first Four Seasons Yachts vessel, Four Seasons I, in early 2026, while the second sister ship is planned to enter service in early 2028.

The new ship will continue the "all-suite" residential concept of the first vessel. The ship will measure 207 meters in length with a gross tonnage of approximately 34,000 tons. The suites on board will feature large terraces and outdoor spaces, designed to maximize passengers' connection with the sea.

Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri, stated that this order represents another significant step in the development of the partnership, which has become a benchmark for innovation in luxury hospitality at sea. He noted that the decision to expand to a third vessel reflects the strength of a long-term industrial vision and confirms market recognition of this concept. The new ship will be designed and built at the Ancona shipyard, further consolidating its position as Fincantieri's center of excellence for ultra-luxury cruise ship construction.

Four Seasons Yachts is a luxury cruise brand jointly founded in 2022 by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a Canadian hospitality group, and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD. The brand aims to extend Four Seasons' iconic service and experience to the sea.

Fincantieri is one of the world's largest cruise shipbuilding groups, leading in the design and construction of cruise ships, naval vessels, and mega-yachts.
