The vehicle is equipped with a 138Ah lithium iron phosphate battery cell developed by Zhongqi Xinneng. This cell incorporates three proprietary underlying technologies: positive electrode particle composite grading, a three-dimensional conductive network, and low-viscosity, high-conductivity electrolyte. It features ultra-long range, extreme cold tolerance, ultra-fast charging, and ultimate safety. Combined with the Tiangang Xuanjia battery integrated protection architecture, multiple extreme performance indicators exceed national standards.

The cell has an energy density of 180Wh/kg, maximizing range while ensuring safety. Under full charge, the range output is stable with no degradation. The warranty period is 10 years or 240,000 kilometers, with low capacity decay over long-term use. The cell is compatible with the Hongqi Tiangang 08's 800V high-voltage platform, supporting 5C peak fast charging, adding 800 kilometers of range in 12 minutes. The uniform electrode interface optimization design ensures balanced internal reactions during high-current charging, improving charging efficiency while preventing cell damage, catering to both daily commuting and long-distance travel needs.

To address the issues of rapid battery drain and slow charging in low-temperature environments, the cell uses low-viscosity, high-conductivity electrolyte technology to improve low-temperature conductivity. In extreme cold conditions of minus 30 degrees Celsius, the cell can deliver 80% of its rated energy output. At minus 10 degrees Celsius, charging for half an hour can replenish 70% of the battery. Under low-temperature conditions, the electrolyte does not easily solidify, maintaining stable electrode conductivity, ensuring smooth vehicle start-stop performance, and adapting to different environments such as severe cold northern regions and humid coastal areas.

The cell establishes safety defenses at the electrochemical level: no thermal runaway occurs under continuous exposure to 145 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes; no risk of fire or explosion in fault scenarios such as direct nail penetration or 1mΩ extreme short circuit; structural stability is maintained after withstanding 35% three-dimensional compression deformation. The Hongqi Tiangang Xuanjia battery equipped with this cell has passed multiple rigorous tests. The battery bottom's impact resistance is 2.3 times the national standard, it can withstand immersion in 1-meter deep water for 310 hours (620 times the national standard), the entire vehicle can be soaked in saline water for 24 hours (12 times the national standard), and the battery pack directly exposed to fire for 150 seconds shows no thermal propagation. This is complemented by industry-first full-frequency electromagnetic protection, reaching 4.6 times the national standard, covering extreme scenarios such as traffic accidents, heavy rain and water wading, chassis scraping, and coastal salt corrosion.
