The AI platform developed by Relex is used to enhance the reliability of ordering at Naturalia stores, aligning supply more closely with actual demand, thereby enabling more precise daily replenishment decisions, reducing excess inventory, and improving product freshness. In initial tests conducted on fruits and vegetables, a waste reduction of approximately 10% has been observed.

Jason Berry, Senior Vice President of Relex Solutions for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), stated that Naturalia's commitment to quality, sustainability, and operational excellence in stores makes it an ideal partner for Relex, and Relex looks forward to close collaboration to deliver measurable improvements in product availability and waste reduction. Julien Tanter, Director of Naturalia's French store network, noted that improving fresh category management is a priority for Naturalia, both from a customer experience and sustainability perspective. With Relex's solution, the company aims to strengthen fresh operations, reduce losses across the full product range, and better support store teams through clear, data-driven recommendations.
