Global stated that this investment will help Prism enter its next growth phase. Prism is developing its technology and seeking to further promote its services and software, targeting markets including renewable energy, infrastructure, data centers, nuclear energy, utilities, and defense sectors. As part of the investment, Prism Energy founder and director Andy Sutherland and his team will remain in place.

Building on the acquisition of six companies over the past year, Global plans to increase its turnover from £300 million to £500 million over the next three years through sustained organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
