Maha Al Qernas, Zain's Executive Vice President and Head of IT, as well as the recently established AI Center of Excellence (CoE) lead, noted that the initiative is part of Zain KSA's broader AI strategy, which focuses on embedding intelligent technologies across the organization and building the capabilities needed to enhance performance, support decision-making, and develop new digital services to meet evolving customer expectations and future demands.
