en.Wedoany.com Reported - Canadian Osiris One Metals Ltd (TSXV: OSM, FSE: JI8) announced it has signed a definitive agreement to fully divest its Urgakh Naran Project (the "UN Project").

Under the terms of the transaction, the company agreed to sell all outstanding shares of its wholly-owned Mongolian subsidiary, ION Energy LLC. Osiris One will receive a net payment of $200,000 from the buyer (after deducting liabilities). The transaction will not affect the company's 20% free carried interest in the Victory Copper-Gold Project in Mongolia, which is being advanced by Trinity One Metals Ltd.

Osiris One CEO Sreenath Didugu stated that the company is pleased to take this step to refocus its business, currently concentrating on extracting value from the Western Range, which hosts multiple identified and underexplored targets and a significant geological record. The company also retains its 20% free carried interest in the Victory Copper-Gold Project in Mongolia, increasing exposure to advanced exploration, and continues to evaluate further growth opportunities.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Osiris One Metals Ltd is a precious and base metals explorer focused on building a portfolio of high-growth assets, aiming to acquire and develop projects with solid geological foundations, clear catalysts, and the potential to create significant value.
