en.Wedoany.com Reported - Yuneng Technology has built and put into operation a 1.25MW distributed photovoltaic power station at the Yihongxing New Building Materials Factory in Nantong, Jiangsu. The project adopts the three-phase microinverter QT2D, meeting the "Four Capabilities" grid connection standard of Jiangsu Power Grid, achieving efficient power generation and safe operation and maintenance in environments with severe dust and shading.

The Yihongxing factory area has heavy dust and significant roof shading, imposing extremely high requirements on the adaptability of the photovoltaic system. The project uses Yuneng Technology's QT2D microinverter, and the system operates stably from data collection to response dispatch, meeting the "Observable, Measurable, Adjustable, and Controllable" grid connection requirements, ensuring long-term power generation and grid safety. The power station has a total installed capacity of 1.25MW, configured with 312 QT2D inverters (one-to-eight design, output power 3520W, supporting 20A high current input) and 2020 high-power modules, achieving three-phase balanced output. The expected annual power generation is 1 million kWh, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 997 tons and planting approximately 37,000 trees. The stable and controllable green power output helps alleviate grid dispatch pressure, increase the factory's green power consumption ratio, and enhance the station's revenue and asset value.

To address dust erosion, the QT2D adopts a full potting sealing process, with an overall IP67 protection rating, providing comprehensive protection against dust and rainwater. Regarding shading, Yuneng Technology's technical engineer, Mr. Liu, stated that each module has an independent maximum power point tracking function, enabling maximum power output and reducing power generation losses caused by shading. Even if some modules have reduced power generation due to shading, it does not affect the normal operation of other modules, minimizing the "short board effect" and maximizing the utilization of the factory's roof area.

The QT2D microinverter is lightweight, plug-and-play, and easy to install, making construction efficient. Mr. Xu, the EPC project construction manager, stated that the entire project installation cycle took just over a month, with smooth construction progress. The plug-and-play feature of the microinverter reduced on-site construction difficulty, shortened work time, and ensured efficient delivery. The system adopts a low-voltage safety design, with DC voltage not exceeding 120V, eliminating the risks of high-voltage arc fires and electric shock. The power station is equipped with the EMA intelligent operation and maintenance platform, which can precisely monitor the real-time power and historical data of 2020 modules, and features intelligent alarm reminders to assist in operation and maintenance management.

From compliant grid connection and adaptation to dust and shading conditions, to safe and flexible deployment and intelligent operation and maintenance, the Nantong Yihongxing 1.25MW project validates the comprehensive strength of Yuneng Technology's microinverters in building materials scenarios. In the future, Yuneng will continue to deepen its presence in the distributed photovoltaic field, empowering more scenarios with mature microinverter solutions and supporting the low-carbon upgrade of industries.
