en.Wedoany.com Reported - Affected by Typhoon Maysak, the 10th typhoon of this year, Hengzhou City, Nanning, Guangxi, experienced record-breaking heavy rainfall, leading to overtopping risks at the main dam of Liulan Reservoir, threatening villages and towns along the banks. Multiple subsidiaries of China National Building Material Group have mobilized for flood control and disaster relief efforts, swiftly taking action in material supply, drone surveys, and livelihood material support.
Guangxi Jinli Cement Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tianshan Materials, responded urgently by dispatching transport vehicles around the clock, mobilizing 50,000 tons of ore and 20,000 tons of cement as emergency reserves, and allocating 10,000 woven bags to surrounding villages to resist flooding and prevent waterlogging. Jinli Cement also formed a 13-member "Flood Rescue and Emergency Response Team" to assist local authorities in clearing silt and draining water in affected areas such as Zhoutang Village. Meanwhile, in response to the flooding of the Guoxiang section of the limestone belt corridor, the company cut off power in water-affected areas and deployed an emergency team for 24-hour water level monitoring and hazard inspection.

CNBM Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beixin Group and a member of the "Swift Swallow Emergency" mechanism, dispatched a professional drone team of four to the front line of the disaster in Guangxi for emergency survey missions. The team operated in areas including Liulan Reservoir in Hengzhou City and Gangbei District in Guigang City, overcoming complex weather conditions and mountainous obstacles through a three-dimensional survey approach combining high-altitude wide-area coverage and low-altitude fine targeting. To date, the team has completed high-definition image collection covering approximately 120 square kilometers, conducted 63 drone sorties, generated 125GB of aerial imagery data and two orthophoto maps, providing critical intelligence for downstream risk reservoir monitoring and subsequent rescue operations.

Beixin Waterproof, a subsidiary of Beixin Building Materials, activated its local flood control and disaster relief emergency response mechanism, precisely aligning with local rescue needs, coordinating and allocating specialized flood relief materials, and dispatching them in two truckloads to the disaster front line to ensure the basic living needs of affected residents.
