Designed specifically for continuous tunneling scenarios in underground coal mines, this equipment integrates three core technologies—crawler self-propulsion, scissor-type extension, and intelligent linkage control—to achieve continuous material transport throughout the tunneling process, providing an integrated transportation solution for intelligent mining in domestic mines.

Traditional coal mine tunneling face transfer and transport systems have shortcomings, such as frequent belt extension interruptions that disrupt construction rhythm, complex retreat procedures for roadheaders, and excessive transfer height, making them difficult to adapt to diverse roadways and complex mining conditions. To address these common issues, CRCHI has developed a customizable self-propelled extendable belt tail. The equipment can adapt to various scenarios, including conventional tunneling in low roadways and retreat excavation in crosscuts and chambers, enabling flexible movement, rapid extension, and intelligent control of underground transport equipment.

This equipment integrates multiple core technologies. In terms of full-dimensional intelligent safety protection, it is equipped with AI radar, audible and visual alarms, explosion-proof lighting, and emergency stop devices, enabling real-time monitoring of the underground environment and automatic warning and shutdown in case of anomalies. The scissor-type efficient extension unit ensures fast and stable retraction and extension, allowing continuous material transport throughout the tunneling process, with the extension stroke customizable based on the mine's daily advance rate. In terms of intelligent tunneling and transport linkage control, it can coordinate with roadheaders and continuous belt conveyors for collaborative operation, simultaneously completing tunneling, conveying, and alignment adjustment processes.
