en.Wedoany.com Reported - Solar system supplier Koraam (powered by Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd.) has announced that it has secured a 5.8 MW order from Sandip Electronics and Automation (SEA). The order requires the supply of Module Mounting Structures (MMS) for solar water pump systems across various locations in Maharashtra.
According to Kosol Energie, the order will provide over 1,200 solar water pump structures specifically designed for 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP pump applications. This deal helps strengthen Koraam's presence in India's agricultural solar sector and expands its operational coverage in Maharashtra.
Under the project scope, Koraam (powered by Kosol Energie) will supply Module Mounting Structures (MMS) manufactured using High-Durability Galvanized Iron (HDGI) and pre-galvanized steel. These structures are specially designed to provide long-term durability and high performance for solar water pump installations at different agricultural sites. The project reflects Koraam's growing role in supporting large-scale solar irrigation infrastructure and promoting wider adoption of renewable energy in rural India.
Designed and approved by SVIT in Surat, these structures integrate advanced engineering with structural integrity. Built in accordance with IS 2911 standards for pile foundation design, the structures can withstand wind speeds of up to 150 km/h, meeting stringent tender requirements. A key feature of these solar water pump structures is the ability to easily adjust module orientation and tilt angle based on the sun's position, thereby enhancing annual power generation and efficient pump operation.
Commenting on this development, Parag Vyas, CEO of Koraam (powered by Kosol Energie), stated: "At Koraam, our focus is not just on delivering products, but on building robust infrastructure that accelerates solar adoption in the agricultural sector. This order from Sandip Electronics and Automation (SEA) marks another step forward in strengthening Maharashtra's solar ecosystem and expanding our footprint in new markets." He added: "The growing recognition of Koraam's solar water pump solutions among farmers and industry stakeholders is a testament to our engineering excellence, product reliability, and customer-centric approach." The project is strategically significant for Koraam (powered by Kosol Energie) as it will support installations across multiple locations and further consolidate its brand position in the agricultural solar sector.
