en.Wedoany.com Reported - Webmasters Kenya Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Mozambique's National Employment Institute (INEP) to design, implement, and maintain a national employment portal for the country, aiming to accelerate digital transformation in the labor sector.

The agreement, signed in Maputo, aims to develop a digital platform connecting job seekers and employers across Mozambique while expanding access to employment-related opportunities. The portal will provide users with job vacancies, internships, vocational training programs, self-employment opportunities, and entrepreneurial resources via mobile platforms and employment centers nationwide.
Implemented in partnership with INEP, which operates under Mozambique's Ministry of Youth and Sports, this initiative aligns with the broader digital transformation agenda of President Daniel Francisco Chapo's government. At the signing ceremony, Minister Caifadine Paulo Manasse emphasized the importance of digital solutions in improving access to employment opportunities and strengthening services supporting youth and job seekers.
James Ayugi, Founder and CEO of Webmasters Kenya Ltd, stated that the company will work closely with INEP's technical team to develop a platform tailored to Mozambique's employment landscape and local needs. The partnership is expected to enhance the efficiency of employment services, improve connections between employers and potential employees, and support skills development and entrepreneurial initiatives across Mozambique.
