en.Wedoany.com Reported - July 12, 2026, Indian office space solutions provider Table Space has partnered with renewable energy company CleanMax to directly reduce the carbon footprint of over 500,000 square feet of office space by building a dedicated solar project for its managed office centers in Karnataka.

Under a long-term power purchase agreement signed by both parties, CleanMax will develop and operate a 2.7 MWp captive solar project in Karnataka, which will supply power to Table Space's managed office centers in the state upon commissioning. Table Space will retain the environmental attributes generated by the project as part of its decarbonization process.

CleanMax, as the project developer and operator, is India's largest commercial and industrial renewable energy company.

Table Space's facilities maintain sustainability standards, directly benefiting its tenants. Against the backdrop of an increasing number of global and local enterprises needing to account for energy consumption at all operational stages, procuring renewable energy through a captive structure enables a clean, measurable, and operationally embedded electricity supply, directly contributing to tenants' carbon emission responsibilities.
