At the inauguration ceremony, Coahuila Governor Manolo Jiménez Salinas noted that the launch of this project reflects the private sector's confidence in investing in Coahuila. He stated that coordination among the government, private sector, and civil society has enabled the state to maintain conditions favorable for business development, providing legal certainty, labor stability, infrastructure, qualified human resources, and security.

Torreón Mayor Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís stated that the completion of the new industrial park confirms the state is in a period of economic stability, where inter-institutional coordination strengthens competitiveness and attracts new investments. Diego Jiménez Berumen, CEO of Grupo JIBE, said that Penta Industrial Park Laguna is a long-term investment in the economic growth of Torreón, La Laguna, and Coahuila, aimed at providing the necessary infrastructure for companies choosing the region as their operational platform.
