After starting regional operations in Germany in 2017, Boluda Towage has expanded to the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Finland, and Norway, with Rotterdam becoming one of its main operational hubs. Currently, Boluda Towage operates in over 21 ports in the region, with 138 vessels and an experienced local crew team.

Vicente Boluda Ceballos, Executive Chairman of Boluda Towage, stated that the new headquarters reflects the group's long-term commitment to the Nordic market and its ambition to continue growing alongside its customers and partners.

Northwest Europe is considered a strategic region for Boluda, encompassing the continent's main logistics, industrial, and maritime hubs. Over the past decade, the group has established a leading position in the region, providing critical maritime services at some of Europe's busiest ports and logistics corridors.

In 2023, Boluda Shipping further strengthened its regional presence by launching regular short-sea shipping services connecting the Iberian Peninsula with the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, thereby consolidating Rotterdam's role as a strategic logistics hub in its European network.
